The Iowa Basis Skills type of voting is ridiculous. Who came up with this nonsense? If people couldn’t figure out poke a whole in paper how are they supposed to handle fill in a circle? I can’t believe this is more efficient than previous formats.
I don’t believe that the electronic voting was too difficult for our esteemed state voting officials to get right. How can American Idol handle millions of votes cast by phone call and text message two days in a row for weeks on end and get it right and these idiots in Columbus can’t get it done a few time s a year?
Shameful.

It is a mess. And I am dreading the coverage of this in the returns tonight.
I breathed a sigh of relief last night when the coverage touted how smoothly things were running and the only issue was the time it took to drive the ballots in from the precincts because of the weather.
I felt embarrased by my vote thingy shaking as I feverishly filled in circles. Why couldn't we have felt tips?
